"~~1) My Experience: I had been thinking of looking for a larger home for a while and one day I decided to review the foreclosures online to see what was available. I came across several homes but found one home that I absolutely loved in a great neighborhood. I filled out contact information late one night and the following morning Allen had responded by email and asked if I would like to review the property. We made an appointment. It was a foreclosure and needed some additional work but I was very pleased. Because I owned my existing home I had a hard time committing to making an offer for a while but Allen was always very patient- very supportive and not pushy to make a move.
